As a part of the meeting, we will inquire about information regarding your:

• Site: What are the known components relating to building there? Is it a “tear down and rebuild” project or is it a virgin property than has never had a home on? Does it have sewer and water or does it have or need septic and well?

• Floor Plan: Do you have a favorite floor plan? Do you know the style of home ranch, cape or two story?

• Project Budget: Do you have a total budget figure for your project? Based on the information you provide, PMH will create a Preliminary Project Budget for your project. WE DO NOT CHARGE for this initial informative consultation.
